"တန်ဖိုးရှိစွာ နေထိုင်ပါ" လို့ အမည်ပေးထားတဲ့ ဒီစာအုပ်လေးဟာ ဘဝမှာ တန်ဖိုးရှိအောင် နေထိုင်တတ်စေဖို့အတွက် အကြံပြုချက်များကို ရေးသားထားတဲ့စာအုပ်လေး ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
 
 စာအုပ်လေးမှာ အပိုင်း (၂) ပိုင်း ပါဝင်ပြီး အပိုင်း (၁) မှာ တန်ဖိုးရှိအောင် နေထိုင်တတ်စေဖို့ အကြံပြုထားတဲ့ စာစုလေးတွေကို ဖတ်ရှုရမှာဖြစ်ပြီး အပိုင်း (၂) မှာ စိတ်ချမ်းသာအောင် နေထိုင်တတ်စေဖို့ အကြံပြုထားတဲ့ စာစုလေးတွေကို ဖတ်ရှုရမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တန်ဖိုးလည်း ရှိ၊ စိတ်လည်းချမ်းသာ​နေတဲ့ ဘဝ​လေးဟာ ပျော်စရာတွေနဲ့ ပြည့်နေမှာ အသေအချာပါပဲ။

အပိုင်း (၁) တန်ဖိုးရှိစွာ နေထိုင်ပါ

မအားအောင်နေပါ
စိတ်ဆိုတာ လွတ်အောင်ထားရင် အတွေးတွေက ပိုဝင်လာတတ်တယ်။ ဝင်လာသမျှအတွေးတွေကို လက်ခံနေရင် စိတ်ညစ်စရာတွေကြုံလာမယ်၊ စိတ်ဆင်းရဲစရာတွေဖြစ်လာရမယ်။
အတွေးတွေကို ထိန်းချုပ်ဖို့နဲ့ ဘဝကို အကောင်းဆုံးထိန်းကျောင်းနိုင်ဖို့အတွက် အကောင်းဆုံးနည်းလမ်းက မအားအောင်နေခြင်းပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
အလုပ်တွေ၊ တာဝန်တွေကြားမှာ ပျော်မွေ့နေပါ။ လူပင်ပန်းချင် ပင်ပန်းလိမ့်မယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ စိတ်ကတော့ ပင်ပန်းမှာ မဟုတ်ဘူး။
လူဆိုတာ အားနေရင် negative thinking တွေ ထွက်လာရော။ တကယ်အလုပ်လုပ်နေတဲ့သူတွေက စိတ်ညစ်နေဖို့ အချိန်မရှိဘူး။ သူများအတင်းပြောနေဖို့ အချိန်မရှိဘူး။ စိတ်ဓာတ်ကျနေဖို့ အချိန်မရှိဘူး။ သူများနဲ့လိုက်ပြီး judge လုပ်ဖို့အချိန်မရှိတော့ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ယုံကြည်မှုပိုရှိစေတယ်။
မအားအောင် နေဖို့ဆိုရင် ကိုယ့်ရဲ့တစ်နေ့တာလုံးကို အကျိုးရှိရှိ အသုံးချဖို့ အချိန်ကို စနစ်တကျ စီမံခန့်ခွဲပါ။ ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ခိုင်းပါ။ ဘဝမှာ အောင်မြင်ချင်ရင် ကိုယ့်ကိုယ်ကို ဆင်ခြေပေးနေတာရပ်ပေးပါ။

နာကျင်စရာတွေ များလာတဲ့အခါ လွှတ်ချလိုက်ပြီး ပျော်အောင်နေပါ။
ကျွန်တော်တို့ဘဝမှာ အောင်မြင်ခြင်းရှိရင် ကျရှုံး​ခြင်းလည်း ရှိမယ်။ ပျော်ရွှင်ခြင်းရှိရင် ဝမ်းနည်း​ခြင်းလည်း ရှိမယ်။ သုခရှိရင် ဒုက္ခလည်း ရှိမယ်။အ​ကောင်း​ရှိရင် အဆိုးလည်း ရှိမယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် ဘဝမှာ ဘယ်လိုပဲကြုံရကြုံရ၊ ဘာအခြေအနေပဲ ရင်ဆိုင်ရ ရင်ဆိုင်ရ မကောင်းတာတွေကို ကောင်းတာလေးတွေနဲ့ အစားထိုးပြီး ပျော်အောင်သာနေပါ။
